Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid a 100% service fee, A 24hour notice for canceling is required. Any appointment changes may be done at your convenience, via my booking site and can be accessed from your confirmation email/text.
ALL no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file, and can no longer book any future appointments.
There is a charge of 50% of the service price for cancellations within 24 hours.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur however, when you do not call to cancel your appointment, or you do not show without notice, you are preventing another guest from scheduling a service at that appointment time.
